테이스팅 노트
잔 속에 짙은 황금빛이 또렷이 깃든다. 클라이넬리시 12년이 1990년에 병입된 고든 앤 맥페일의 아인슬리 앤 헤일브론 보틀링이다. 코끝에는 밀랍과 마른 풀, 옅은 시트러스 향이 깔끔하게 풀린다. 입에서는 캔디드 레몬과 후추, 짠 미네랄이 매끄럽게 흐르고 57도의 도수가 입을 가득 채운다. 여운에는 밀랍과 옅은 소금기가 길게 이어진다.

God's own malt. It's got everything, including some old Clynelish, I'm almost sure about that. We'd better sing you a song now… But not before we've mentioned beeswax, engine oil (a feeling of…), benzine (something reminiscent of…) and just chewing candles. When we were kids… With water: I had forgotten how good these were/are. Some seawater now, oysters, sorrel soup, soot, ashes…

endless, stunningly salty and honeyed. You could use this as some condiment, perhaps with caviar or lobster? Love the mustardy aftertaste too
