잔을 돌려 향을 깨우면 맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 천천히 출렁인다. 코끝으로 가져가면 클라이넬리시 특유의 밀랍 같은 질감 위로 레몬 껍질과 들꽃 꿀이 산뜻하게 피어오른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 54.7도의 기름지면서도 또렷한 질감이 입안을 감싸고 감귤과 소금기 어린 미네랄이 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 왁스와 흰 후추의 알싸함이 길게 이어진다.
