테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝에 가져가면 클라이넬리시 특유의 왁스 같은 질감과 함께 강렬한 에스테르 향이 먼저 밀려온다. 잔을 흔들어 향을 열면 사과와 파인애플, 옅은 곡물과 이탄이 산뜻하게 스민다. 56.5도의 힘을 실어 한 모금 머금으면 사과즙과 곡물의 단맛에 허브 같은 결이 얹힌다. 1993년 증류된 리필 호그스헤드 원액답게, 삼킨 뒤에는 딜 같은 허브 향이 오래 남는다.
