아메리칸 오크 호그스헤드가 클라이넬리시의 왁시한 스피릿에 밝은 과일의 결을 입혔다. 캐스크의 흔적이 향에 자두와 구스베리, 초록 바나나, 아카시아 꿀을 산뜻하게 올린다. 49.3도의 도수는 입안에서 풀과 과일 껍질, 미라벨 자두의 단맛에 옅은 왁스를 더한다. 클라이넬리시 특유의 은은한 왁시함이 오크의 과일 향과 곱게 얽힌다. 표현력 좋은 아메리칸 오크가 과일을 밝게 끌어올려 가벼운 결을 만든다. 옅은 황금빛 여운은 달콤한 과일 오크가 산뜻하게 이어진다.

Williams pears, acacia honey, elderflower, honeysuckle… All this with a very moderate waxiness. A tiny candle, perhaps. One of those cleaner un-gungey batches?
