테이스팅 노트
잔을 천천히 돌리면 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 가늘게 흘러내린다. 코를 가져가면 클라이넬리시 특유의 밀랍과 양초 같은 기름진 향이 먼저 오르고, 뒤이어 레몬과 마른 풀 내음이 따라온다. 1971년에 병입된 이 오래된 보틀링을 한 모금 머금으면 43도답게 부드러운 꿀과 짭짤한 미네랄이 혀를 감싼다. 삼키면 특유의 왁스 같은 질감이 입천장에 오래 머문다.
