향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 아란 특유의 잘 익은 과수원 과일과 옅은 시트러스, 꿀 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 19년 숙성이 더한 바닐라와 마른 오크가 그 아래를 단정하게 받친다. 입에서는 51.5도의 도수가 잘 익은 배와 보리 단맛, 옅은 향신료를 부드럽게 밀어낸다. 아일랜드 몰트다운 산뜻한 과실과 옅은 미네랄의 균형이 또렷하다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 맥아 단맛이 잔잔히 이어진다. 1996년 빈티지의 정제된 구조다.
