향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 아란 특유의 산뜻한 과일 향에 셰리 호그스헤드가 더한 오렌지 마멀레이드와 건포도의 단내가 두드러진다. 2004년 증류해 17년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 섬 증류소의 생기와 셰리의 깊이를 함께 담았다. 팰럿에서는 살구와 시나몬, 토피의 풍미가 발전하며 51.1도가 균형 있게 받쳐준다. 중반으로 갈수록 단맛과 향신료가 또렷하게 어우러진다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 달콤하고 오크의 향신료가 부드럽게 남는다. 과일 향과 셰리의 조화가 또렷한 아일랜즈 몰트로 균형이 좋다.

super good, with more sherry – or a feeling of sherry, with some leather, with some ginger, with some cinnamon, in short with some more present spicy oak. But no problems this far. With water: gets a tad drying now, perhaps. Chalky as far as texture is concerned

medium, with a little eucalyptus this time, and always this chalky, gritty texture
