향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 아란 특유의 깔끔한 과실 향이 셰리 펀천에서 온 건포도와 흑설탕과 함께 먼저 두드러진다. 23년 숙성한 아일랜즈 몰트답게 향의 균형이 잘 잡혀 있다. 입에서는 49.5도의 도수가 잘 익은 사과와 말린 자두, 가벼운 견과를 또렷하게 펼친다. 셰리의 단맛과 해안 몰트의 산뜻함이 맞물려 발전한다. 피니시는 오크와 마른 과일, 옅은 소금기의 여운이 길게 이어지며 구조감이 단단하다.

And of nusswasser, as my German-speaking grandma Marie used to say (and make). It's true that Marie was born German, became French, became German again, then became French again, all that without ever leaving her little house here in Alsace. So, nusswasser it is!
