테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 17년 숙성된 어란이 짙은 구릿빛 띠를 잔 벽에 그린다. 잔을 가져가면 엑스 셰리 호그스헤드의 마른 무화과와 호두 향이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 55.3도의 따뜻한 알코올이 캐러멜라이즈된 오렌지와 다크 베리를 펼친다. 천천히 삼키면 아일랜드 섬 특유의 옅은 짠 기운과 토피 단맛이 깊게 머문다.
