잔을 돌리면 맑은 금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 가볍게 미끄러진다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 버진 오크에서 온 바닐라와 코코넛, 갓 깎은 나무의 향이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 46도로 병입한 10년 아란을 한 모금 머금으면 배와 시트러스, 달콤한 오크 향신료가 산뜻하게 혀에 퍼진다. 넘긴 뒤에는 계피와 크림 같은 단맛이 부드럽게 잦아들며 입안을 정리한다.
