향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 천천히 돌리면 짙은 적갈색이 잔 벽에 무거운 자국을 남긴다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 셰리 벗에서 온 대추야자와 말린 자두, 설탕에 절인 체리의 향이 풍성하게 솟는다. 1976년 증류해 24년을 보낸 글렌리벳을 한 모금 머금으면 61도의 힘이 짙은 과일 잼과 다크초콜릿으로 입천장을 데운다. 삼킨 뒤에는 가죽과 향신료의 뒷맛이 뜨겁고 길게 남는다.
