향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 1971 글렌리벳 특유의 묵은 자두와 퍼스트 필 셰리의 깊은 견과 향이 동시에 두드러진다. 27년 퍼스트 필 셰리 버트 숙성이 발전시킨 가죽, 말린 무화과, 다크 캐러멜, 광택 낸 마호가니 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 54.2도 캐스크 스트렝스가 입을 깊게 채우며 흑설탕 시럽, 호두, 다크 초콜릿, 가벼운 시나몬이 단단한 구조를 형성한다. SMWS 캐스크 넘버 2.32 글렌리벳의 정점 빈티지 깊이가 또렷이 드러난다. 피니시는 가죽과 흑설탕의 여운으로 매우 길게 이어진다.

much more powerful ‘of course’, even maybe a little brutal at first nosing. Oak, bananas, vanilla, fresh butter and a little smoke again. Then a little varnish coming through (usually, I find that varnish comes out first but not here). Gets grassier after that, as well as fruitier (granny smith), with also hints of muesli and wet stones. 37 years old you say? Botoxed? ;-)
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
rather better on the palate, close to the 1968 but of course punchier and with added notes of liquorice, coriander and dill. Huge sweetness and excellent fruitiness (crystallised pineapples, golden delicious apples), also more pepper than in the 1968. Big whisky

long, sweet, with ‘good’ acridity now that compensates the sweetness
