스페이사이드 글렌리벳 계곡의 더 글렌리벳은 합법 증류의 효시로 불리는 청량한 고지대의 증류소다. 35년의 세월이 잔에 깊은 황금빛으로 가라앉아 있다. 1968 빈티지의 향은 잘 익은 복숭아와 꿀, 밀랍의 고운 단내가 우아하게 솟는다. 40.1도의 입은 과수원 과일과 바닐라, 은은한 향신료가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 여운에는 꿀과 마른 과일이 길게 깃들어 있다.
