향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 오래 숙성한 글렌리벳에서 온 잘 익은 과일과 꿀, 마른 향신료가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿에서는 30년을 보낸 원액답게 농축된 몰트 단맛과 견과, 잘 익은 오크가 뚜렷이 이어지며 구조감이 깊고 원숙하다. 55.2도의 도수가 풍미를 선명하게 받친다. 피니시는 마른 과일과 은은한 오크가 길게 남으며, 1975년 빈티지를 담은 세스탄테 컬렉션의 깊이가 분명하다.

very punchy at first sniffs, with big vanilla and big oak plus quite some fresh butter and big citrusy notes (lemon zests) but it doesn’t quite develop after that, probably because it’s so high in alcohol. Water should help... Yes, it got fresher, even more citrusy and minty, sort of reminding us of a great Rosebank or Bladnoch. very punchy, very sweet, very vanilled and very citrusy, with a big oakiness (spices). Very big whisky, quite hot and a tad hard to enjoy at almost 60%. With water: that worked excellently. Great sweetness, oranges, tangerines and lemons as well as ginger and always quite some vanilla. Lemon pie?
