테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 글렌리벳 1977 30년의 짙은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 부드럽게 흘러내린다. 잔을 코끝에 가져가면 30년의 시간이 마른 보리, 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 백단향 향으로 가장 먼저 인사한다. 45도의 절제된 한 모금을 머금으면 사마롤리 콜티안 보틀링이 꿀, 헤이즐넛, 옅은 시나몬을 입천장에 부드럽게 풀어놓는다. 잔을 내려놓아도 이탈리아 셀렉션의 절제된 단맛이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

expressive and much fresher and cleaner than expected, starting with lots of flowers (dandelions, buttercups), pollen and fresh white fruits (peaches). Goes on with a little vanilla and quite some fresh butter, never getting woody. Hints of fresh mint. Not enormously complex but very pleasant and surprisingly young despite all what the angels have stolen
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
starts rather light but not weak, with quite some wood now but it’s far from being unbearable. Enjoyable spiciness (nutmeg and white pepper as well as quite some cinnamon). Other than that we have vanilla, pecan pie, apple compote… Again, it’s not really complex but pleasant and flawless. The finish isn’t too long, though, but balanced, vanilled and still not drying. A good oldie that didn’t go off the rail despite all these years. 85 points . Glenlivet 1971 (45%, Samaroli, single cask, circa 2002)
