스페이사이드 리벳 계곡의 맑은 샘물과 서늘한 공기는 글렌리벳에 우아하고 꽃다운 성격을 길렀다. 1980년 증류된 이 위스키는 리필 아메리칸 호그스헤드에서 30년을 보내며 깊은 금빛을 얻었다. 코에는 잘 익은 복숭아와 꿀, 말린 살구가 그윽하게 오른다. 입안은 바닐라와 오렌지, 부드러운 오크로 매끈하게 흐르고 48.5도가 긴 세월의 결을 단정히 잡는다. 여운은 꿀과 향신료, 옅은 트로피컬 과일로 길게 풀린다.
