향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 짙은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 천천히 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 글렌리벳 1975 호그스헤드가 32년의 시간 속에서 풀어낸 잘 익은 망고와 파인애플 향이 가장 먼저 다가온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 부르봉 통의 바닐라와 코코넛이 트로피컬 과일의 단맛과 함께 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 잔이 따뜻해지면 트로피컬 과일의 단맛이 한층 풍부하게 펼쳐진다. 51.9도를 삼키면 스페이사이드 특유의 곡물 단맛과 옅은 오크 스파이스가 길게 따라간다.

Fantastic whiffs of honey and wild flowers on top of a little quince, apricot and maybe just hints of tinned lychees. Superbly balanced, certainly not tired and as fresh as, well, some freshly extracted honey. Discreet whiffs of cigar box
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
as you know, these oldies can be overly woody but this one isn’t, even if it does display rather big notes of pine resin and fir buds liqueur (liqueur de sapin, see picture) and even chlorophyll chewing gum. Very nice spices (ginger and cinnamon, liquorice wood), a little vanilla, light honey… The oak grows bigger, the whole getting a tad drying. Still very good
