테이스팅 노트
잔을 가까이 하면 1964년 글렌리벳의 마른 과일과 밀랍 향이 40년 숙성의 무게로 두드러진다. 셰리와 전통 오크 호그스헤드가 더한 건포도와 오렌지 마멀레이드가 명확하게 드러난다. 45도의 부드러운 입에서는 꿀과 무화과, 가벼운 향신료가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 시간이 흐를수록 마른 오크와 가죽의 결이 깊이를 더한다. 오랜 시간이 빚은 균형이 단단한 가운데, 피니시는 마른 오크와 꿀이 길고 우아하게 이어진다.

expressive and much fresher and cleaner than expected, starting with lots of flowers (dandelions, buttercups), pollen and fresh white fruits (peaches). Goes on with a little vanilla and quite some fresh butter, never getting woody. Hints of fresh mint. Not enormously complex but very pleasant and surprisingly young despite all what the angels have stolen
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
starts rather light but not weak, with quite some wood now but it’s far from being unbearable. Enjoyable spiciness (nutmeg and white pepper as well as quite some cinnamon). Other than that we have vanilla, pecan pie, apple compote… Again, it’s not really complex but pleasant and flawless. The finish isn’t too long, though, but balanced, vanilled and still not drying. A good oldie that didn’t go off the rail despite all these years. 85 points . Glenlivet 1971 (45%, Samaroli, single cask, circa 2002)
