맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에서 산뜻하게 빛난다. 코를 대면 갓 자른 사과와 보리, 홉이 살아 있는 에일 같은 싱그러움이 밀려오고 옅은 파인애플과 갓 켠 나무의 향이 뒤따른다. 한 모금 머금으면 오렌지와 사과, 옅은 꿀과 민트의 상쾌함이 52.5도의 힘과 함께 흐른다. 글렌리벳 16년 블레더멘 싱글 캐스크로 스페이사이드다운 맑고 생기 있는 과실미를 지녔다. 여운은 길지만 드라이하게 녹차와 백후추가 남는다.
