테이스팅 노트
옅은 호박빛이 잔 속에 부드럽게 잠겨 있다. 스페이사이드의 대명사 글렌리벳답게 바닐라와 뜨거운 버터, 캐러멜의 향이 오크와 함께 온화하게 피어오른다. 12년의 시간은 단정하게 흘러, 입안에서는 감초 뿌리와 말린 과일, 백후추가 촘촘하게 미끄러진다. 40퍼센트의 도수 위로 크리스탈라이즈드 오렌지 껍질의 여운이 은은하게 이어진다.

starts on full vanilla mode, with some hot butter and oak. Tarte tatin, caramel, vanilla crème… Getting a little sour after a two or three minutes, and very grainy. Quite narrow, in fact, too bad… Hints of liquorice
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
quite nicer than the nose suggested, even if quite watery. Some nice liquorice roots, dried fruits, caramel, vanilla crème, and yes, quite some oak and white pepper. It d evelops on crystallised orange zest. It’s not as complex as its older brother but rather enjoyable and satisfying. The finish is quite long but there’s perhaps too much caramel. A nice mouth, very compact and appealing; too bad the nose was so simple. 81 points . Glenlivet 12 yo ‘French oak finish’ (40%, OB, circa 2003)
