테이스팅 노트
옅은 볏짚빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 아일라의 아드벡이 1990년대 초에 빚어져 오크 캐스크에서 8년을 보내며 마른 연기와 레몬, 풋사과의 향을 산뜻하게 끌어올린다. 비교적 어린 나이답게 날카로운 피트와 시트러스의 생기가 함께 솟구친다. 43도의 도수에 질감은 가볍고 매끄럽게 흐르며, 훈연과 바닐라, 보리의 단맛이 혀를 스친다. 1990년대 빈티지 아드벡의 풋풋하면서도 강건한 결이 또렷이 드러난다. 한 모금을 머금으면 마른 연기와 시트러스의 단맛이 보리 위로 번진다. 여운에는 옅은 잿내와 시트러스, 후추의 알싸함이 길게 남는다.

salted caramel, butter, and lots of herbal tea notes. Very interesting. Develops on cooked spinach, liquorice, burnt cake, coffee liquor, roasted pecan nuts. Quite malty, with a salty tang. Very salty, in fact. A good and interesting Lowlander, and not only because it’s a rarity. Serge 86 points , Olivier 88 points .
