옅은 황금빛이 맑게 잔을 채운다. 아드벡 특유의 강렬한 피트가 타르와 요오드, 바닷내음을 머금고 코끝을 가른다. 1991년 증류해 14년을 보낸 이 아일라 위스키는 입에서 그을린 훈연과 짭조름한 소금기, 레몬의 산뜻함을 함께 풀어 놓는다. 46도의 절제된 도수가 거친 연기를 다듬어 주고, 식어 가는 잿불과 해초의 짠맛이 깊고 길게 남는 끝맛을 그린다.
