테이스팅 노트
아일라의 아드벡이 빚은 1973 빈티지로, 열다섯 해의 숙성을 거친 단일 몰트다. 맑은 황금빛이 잔에 환하게 어린다. 옛 아드벡 특유의 진한 이탄 연기가 타르와 짭조름한 바닷내, 옅은 열대 과일과 강렬하게 솟구친다. 46도의 입맛은 훈제와 레몬, 후추가 또렷하게 교차하며 단단한 골격을 그린다. 긴 여운에는 그을린 재와 미네랄, 옅은 단맛이 잔잔히 잠겨 천천히 사그라들며 전설적인 피트의 결을 남긴다.
