테이스팅 노트
아일라 남부 해안의 거센 파도와 피트 늪이 아드벡 특유의 강렬한 스모키함을 빚어낸다. 버번 캐스크에서 14년을 보낸 이 아델피 보틀링은 잔에서 옅은 황금빛을 드러낸다. 향은 짙은 그을음과 타르, 레몬이 날카롭게 솟구친다. 입에서는 숯불 향과 후추, 바닐라가 60.7도의 기세로 입천장을 덮는다. 강렬한 피트 연기 사이로 단맛이 비치고, 여운은 재와 소금기가 오래도록 타들어간다.

Not very wide, but perfect. With water: always loved these whiffs of shoe polish, new leatherette, vinyl, new woolen jumper…
