테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 아드벡 특유의 강한 피트 스모크와 함께 리필 오로로소 셰리에서 온 마른 자두의 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿으로 옮겨가면 짠 해변 미네랄, 다크 초콜릿, 구운 견과가 명확하게 드러나며 51% ABV의 알코올이 균형감 있게 받쳐준다. 피니시는 매우 길고 훈연 향과 셰리의 단맛이 잔잔하게 발전한다. 입안의 질감은 적당한 무게감을 유지하며 알코올의 자극은 단정하게 통제된다. 2000년 빈티지 21년 숙성된 프라이빗 싱글 캐스크에서 아드벡의 페놀과 셰리의 단맛이 단단한 구조감으로 결합된다.
