향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 버번 호그스헤드가 빚은 꽃향과 잘 익은 사과, 링크우드 특유의 깨끗한 곡물 향이 먼저 드러난다. 1983년 빈티지의 27년 스페이사이드 몰트답게 섬세하고 향긋한 향이 노즈를 지배한다. 팰럿에서는 46도의 도수 위로 꿀과 시트러스, 바닐라의 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 마른 오크와 꽃향의 잔향이 또렷하게 남는다. 링크우드다운 화사하고 섬세한 균형이 단단하게 잡힌 몰트다.

Eucalyptus, linseed oil, camphor, salty and smoky almond oil, leafy salted teas, and all that. Brine, with large almond-stuffed olives. An easier and lighter Speysider, they said… B.S. alert! There's so much B.S. in whisky these days…
