excellent attack, honeyed and creamy, with many jams and tinned fruits. Quince jelly, marmalade, Seville oranges, white pepper… Really excellent. With water: even more so. Funny notes of litchis and gewürztraminer

medium long, still very creamy, honeyed and jammy. Touches of ginger in the aftertaste
