호그스헤드에서 28년을 보낸 시간이 이 스페이사이드 몰트의 섬세함을 한층 끌어올렸다. 코에는 사과꽃과 풀잎, 옅은 꿀의 향이 맑게 피어오른다. 입에서는 잘 익은 배와 바닐라, 갓 자른 보리의 단맛이 깨끗하게 흐른다. 53.4도의 도수에도 자극이 적고 결이 곱다. 1985년 빈티지다운 원숙함이 옅은 황금빛 너머 산뜻한 여운으로 마무리된다.
