향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
부드러운 황금빛이 잔에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1960년대에 증류된 스페이사이드 Linkwood를 John McEwan이 12년 만에 Pure Scotch Whisky로 병입한 옛 보틀링답게 60년대 위스키 특유의 정직한 결이 그대로 살아 있다. 코끝에는 잘 익은 사과, 마른 풀, 옅은 꿀 향이 어우러진다. 43도의 도수가 입을 부드럽게 덮고 시리얼, 캐러멜, 토스트한 오크의 단맛이 발전한다. 여운에서는 옅은 시트러스가 길게 머문다.

It’s the second time I nose this and whilst it was rather closed and uninspiring the first time, it really developed with a little ‘bottle breathing’. Proof that one should always be cautious with brand new bottles
