엘긴 인근 호숫가에 자리한 링크우드는 섬세하고 꽃향 가득한 스페이사이드 몰트로 평가받는다. 1991년 빈티지를 호그스헤드에서 27년 보낸 엘릭서 디스틸러스 보틀링은 깊은 황금빛이다. 향은 장미 같은 꽃향과 잘 익은 사과, 바닐라가 산뜻하게 드러나고, 55.6도의 한 모금엔 시트러스와 꿀, 가벼운 오크가 매끄럽게 번진다. 여운은 꽃향과 보리 단맛이 우아하고 길게 이어진다.

Enjoyably full and mouth-coating. With water: thins out a little but still retains this nice mix of meadow flowers, sweet butter, toasty cereals and pollens. Very good I think
