With water: a faint smoky touch (exhaust fumes) that suits us perfectly, this might well be a malt for petrolheads. A light gingery note as well

this is really good, still very much on coffee and its many permutations, then orange zest and countless roasted hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts. Feels very close to an official bottling, if you ask me. With water: it turns a tad more herbaceous and spicier, which is hardly unusual in official expressions either
