향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 짙은 적갈색이 잔 벽을 두껍게 타고 내려온다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 글렌파클라스 1981이 35년간 포트 캐스크에서 머문 시간이 풀어낸 잘 익은 자두와 붉은 베리 향이 먼저 인사한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 다크 체리 잼과 코코아가 혀에 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 다시 코를 가져가면 셰리와 포트의 결이 한층 깊어지며 자두 향이 짙어진다. 47.9도를 천천히 삼키면 스페이사이드의 곡물 단맛과 포트 와인의 산뜻한 산미가 길게 이어진다.

Develops towards a deeper, bassier earthiness. Pine cones, leaf mulch, walnut oil, mineral aspects and cola cubes. Very good but overall a tad shy perhaps, not that modesty is a flaw by any means
