테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 은은한 금빛이 잔 안에 감돈다. 코끝에 가져가면 셰리를 거친 글렌파클라스답게 마른 건초와 구운 사과, 바닐라의 부드러운 향이 다가온다. 한 모금 머금으면 43도의 낮은 도수가 사과 파이와 홍차, 말린 배와 꿀의 잔잔한 단맛을 혀 위에 풀어놓는다. 1979년에 증류해 18년을 보낸 이 위스키는 속삭이듯 온화한 결을 지녔다. 삼킨 뒤 케이크 같은 단맛이 짧지만 다정하게 남는다.
