테이스팅 노트
스페이사이드의 가문 증류소 글렌파클라스가 플레인 오크에서 서른일곱 해를 채운 1979 스페셜 릴리스다. 오래된 금빛에 옅은 호박이 섞여 잔에 깊게 머문다. 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 묵힌 오크의 향이 우아하게 겹쳐 오른다. 46.9도의 입맛은 토피와 말린 과일, 은은한 향신료가 또렷이 깃들어 풍부한 단맛을 그린다. 사십 년에 가까운 시간이 다듬은 여운은 부드러운 오크와 꿀로 길게 이어진다.

exactly the opposite of the Cadenhead. This is much cleaner and brighter, starting with tangerine syrup and jam, as well as wee whiffs of camphor and mint. Rather goes on with Sancerre-y notes, grapefruits, limestone, marzipan, and wee touches of preserved pineapples. Really very lovely fresh nose
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
all in keeping with the nose, with some superb medicinal menthol and camphor again, grapefruits, pineapples, and probably pink grapefruits. Pinesap and honeydew. Nutshell, another one that’s dangerously drinkable. Vorsicht!
timer 피니시
long, fresh, fruity, with bitter oranges and a few drops of Arquebuse. Do you know Arquebuse?
