테이스팅 노트
셰리 캐스크에서 15년을 보낸 시간이 글렌파클라스에 잘 익은 캐러멜과 우드의 결을 입힌다. 처음엔 다소 절제된 뜨거운 버터와 카라멜 향이 돌다가 깊이 맡으면 조린 사과와 사이더, 오크가 서서히 드러난다. 46도의 도수는 입안에서 카라멜의 단맛과 옅은 와인, 마른 우드를 힘 있게 풀어놓으며 살짝 건조하게 조인다. 밝은 금빛 뒤로 후추 섞인 여운이 담백하게 이어진다.

Long finish because of the rather high alcohol level, just getting a little peppery. Well, not a stunner at all, although it hasn’t got any flaw. A (silver) hipflask malt. 80 points .
