향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 글렌파클라스 15년답게 배 사탕과 파인애플 캔디 같은 향긋한 과일 향이 먼저 솟아오른다. 코를 가까이 대면 은은한 꿀과 핑크 자몽, 꽃향이 번갈아 스친다. 46도의 이 위스키를 한 모금 머금으면 새콤한 과일에 이어 바닐라와 오크, 카라멜이 부드럽게 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 다크 럼을 닮은 진한 단맛이 목 안쪽에서 오래 이어진다.

powerful attack on nail varnish and flowers. Pineapple sweets, pear drops, lily from the valley, fructose, light honey. Develops on some heavy bubblegum and pink grapefruit. Rather interesting!
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
nice and powerful attack, again on varnish and acidic fruits (kiwi, gooseberry, not too mature pineapple). Glue. A little grassy and bitter, but it’s really interesting. Gets a little bourbonny (vanilla, oak, caramel). The finish is long, rich and bold, on dark rum. Okay, maybe the heavy notes of varnish would scare some tasters, but I feel it’s a very interesting, if not highly enjoyable malt. Let’s give it 84 points .
