향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
연한 황금빛이 잔에 은은하게 감돈다. 글렌파클라스 15년의 노즈는 처음엔 다소 얌전해서 데운 버터와 캐러멜이 먼저 다가오고, 시간이 지나면 익힌 사과와 사이더, 참나무 향이 서서히 배어난다. 입에서는 대담하고 힘있게 치고 들어오지만 캐러멜을 축으로 다소 드라이하게 정돈된다. 46도 도수가 만드는 온기가 후추 같은 매콤함으로 발전하며 스페이사이드 몰트다운 길고 담백한 여운을 남긴다.

bold and rather powerful attack, but rather drying. Quite simple and mono-dimensional, on caramel. Hints of wine and wood… Not much else. Long finish because of the rather high alcohol level, just getting a little peppery. Well, not a stunner at all, although it hasn’t got any flaw. A (silver) hipflask malt. 80 points .
