more oomph than in the G&M, not only because of the higher ABV. big, rich, creamy yet nervous, very honeyed, spicy, fruity, coastal, smoky… In short, pretty perfect. Seville oranges, salted fudge, liquorice, touches of kippers, cough syrup, figs, cloves… I don’t know, this tastes like a perfect Christmas malt
