테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 하이랜드 파크 특유의 헤더 꿀과 옅은 피트 연기, 마른 과일의 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1968년 증류해 38년을 보낸 이 던컨 테일러 보틀링은 오크니 몰트의 깊은 세월이 또렷이 배어 있다. 팰럿에서는 오렌지와 토피, 가벼운 훈연이 부드럽게 발전하며 40.1도가 섬세하게 받쳐준다. 입안의 질감이 비단처럼 매끄럽고 단맛이 곱게 이어진다. 피니시는 길고 우아하며 꿀과 옅은 연기가 오래 남는다. 극노숙성에도 균형을 지킨 아일랜즈 몰트의 품격이 분명한 보틀링이다.

I know this doesn't sound too serious but frankly, I like the English-French band's sense of second degree and 'humour'.
