셰리 캐스크에서 27년을 머문 흔적이 이 하이랜드 파크의 향 첫머리를 사로잡는다. 1988년 증류된 오크니의 몰트답게 히스 꽃의 꿀내와 말린 대추, 옅은 훈연이 노즈에 겹겹이 쌓인다. 52.1도의 한 모금은 건포도와 정향, 다크초콜릿이 진하게 흐르며 셰리 우드의 탄닌이 단단한 골격을 세운다. 짙은 호박빛 너머 여운은 흙내와 마른 향신료로 깊게 머문다.
