오크 캐스크에서 18년을 보낸 시간이 오크니 섬 하이랜드 파크의 헤더 꿀 같은 이탄을 깊고 둥글게 익혔다. 코에는 옅은 훈연 위로 말린 과일과 헤더 꿀, 향신료가 겹친다. 입에서는 꿀과 건포도의 단맛 사이로 은은한 흙내 연기가 58.5도의 힘을 타고 묵직하게 흐른다. 짙은 호박빛의 이 보틀링은 헤더 꿀과 옅은 재, 향신료의 여운을 길고 깊게 남긴다.
