깊은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 은은하게 가라앉아 있다. 오크니 섬의 하이랜드 파크가 1961년에 빚은 이 귀한 위스키는 마른 헤더 연기와 꿀, 잘 익은 사과의 향을 우아하게 피워낸다. 혀 위에 올리면 은근한 훈연과 마른 과일, 옅은 향신료가 매끄럽게 번진다. 46도의 도수가 반세기를 넘긴 세월의 결을 잔잔하게 받쳐준다. 여운에는 헤더 꿀과 옅은 연기가 길게 이어진다.
