잔을 흔들어 향을 코끝으로 끌어올리면 오크니 하이랜드 파크답게 크리미한 바닐라와 꿀, 갓 짠 오렌지즙과 상쾌한 민트가 어우러져 다가온다. 한 모금 머금으면 같은 네 가지 결에 계피와 정향, 팔각의 오크 향신료가 더해져 혀를 감싸고 56.9도의 힘이 단단하게 버틴다. 퍼스트필 아메리칸 셰리 오크에서 18년 숙성한 이 위스키를 삼키면 풀 내음과 옅은 나무 연기의 여운이 길게 이어진다.
