테이스팅 노트
잔을 손안에서 돌리면 짙은 금빛이 유리에 어린다. 코끝에 가져가면 오크니 하이랜드 파크다운 헤더 꿀과 옅은 이탄 연기, 얼그레이와 백단향이 은은하게 피어난다. 한 모금 머금으면 59.7도가 꿀과 그을음, 곡물과 레몬 껍질을 혀 위로 힘차게 밀어 올린다. 2003년에 증류해 13년을 퍼스트필 셰리 오크에서 보낸 이 위스키는 바다와 흙의 균형이 우아하다. 삼킨 뒤 짭조름한 감칠맛과 광물의 여운이 입안 깊이 머문다.

This one feels a lot more Highland Parky with these notes of heather honey, light coastal tones, earl grey tea, lemon peel and sandalwood. Aromatic, rather complex and nicely balanced between the seashore and more earthy characteristics.
