오크니 제도의 거센 바람과 헤더 피트가 하이랜드 파크의 성격을 처음부터 빚어낸다. 잔에는 맑은 금빛이 흐른다. 2002년 원액이 리필 호그스헤드에서 열다섯 해를 지나며 골든 시럽과 갈색 빵, 젖은 낙엽과 석회암의 향이 열린다. 한 모금에는 허브와 약재, 그을음, 은근한 헤더 꿀이 56.9도의 힘으로 배어난다. 물을 더하면 올리브유와 이끼, 부서진 조개껍질 같은 짭짤함이 살아나고 약재의 쌉쌀함이 헤더 꿀의 단맛과 균형을 잡는다. 여운은 허브와 꿀, 헤더 에일로 길게 이어지며 섬의 결을 남긴다.
