오크니 제도의 거친 바닷바람과 히더 이탄이 하이랜드파크에 특유의 균형 잡힌 개성을 새긴다. 퍼스트필 유러피언 셰리 오크 버트에서 18년을 보낸 이 위스키는 골드빛 아래 크리미한 바닐라와 꿀, 신선한 오렌지에 상쾌한 민트가 얹힌다. 56.6도의 힘이 단단한 균형을 세우고, 입에서는 같은 향미에 계피와 정향의 향신료가 더해진다. 여운은 풀 향과 옅은 나무 연기가 길게 이어지며 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
