향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 오크니 하이랜드 파크답게 커피와 탄 케이크, 그을린 피트가 강렬하게 두드러지고, 물을 더하면 로스팅한 커피콩과 석탄, 가죽, 다크 토피가 층을 이루며 발전한다. 52.7도 단일 캐스크의 팰럿은 레몬과 귀한 목재, 마시멜로가 지배하다가 희석하면 타르와 시트러스, 감초로 또렷해진다. 야수 같은 힘을 지닌 이 1990년산은 물과 함께 균형이 살아난다. 피니시는 매우 길고, 레몬밤과 스모키한 타르, 송진의 여운이 이어진다.

once again, a lot of lemon but also nice notes of precious wood and marshmallows. As for the power, it’s a beast. So, with water: as tarry, citrusy and liquoricy as whisky can get. Truly excellent now. A lot of black pepper
