잔을 코끝에 가져가면 오크니 섬의 하이랜드 파크다운 헤더 꿀과 은은한 훈연, 말린 과일 향이 깊게 인사한다. 잔을 흔들수록 오래된 오크와 오렌지 껍질이 천천히 드러난다. 한 모금 삼키면 1974년 빈티지 33년의 풍미가 농축된 꿀과 가벼운 연기, 향신료로 혀를 감싸고, 44.8도가 부드럽게 풀린다. 목을 넘기면 헤더 연기와 묵은 오크가 깊게 따라온다.
