북단 오크니 섬의 거센 바람과 히스 이탄이 하이랜드 파크의 깊은 개성을 새긴 고장에서 온 오래된 위스키다. 잔에는 은은한 앰버빛이 어린다. 1929년을 채워 1939년에 병입한 10년의 원액은 흙내와 초석, 오래된 가죽과 밀랍 향을 하나의 완결된 결로 피워 올린다. 43도의 도수는 입안에서 말린 무화과와 버섯, 은은한 이탄을 부드럽게 감아 흐른다. 한 세기 가까운 시간을 건너온 만큼 향과 맛이 분해되지 않는 완전한 하나로 다가온다. 이 희귀한 보틀링은 섬의 흙과 히스의 향을 고요한 여운으로 남긴다.
