옅은 앰버빛이 잔 속에 고요히 어린 이 하이랜드 파크는 1959년 증류되어 1978년에 병입된 오래된 원액이다. 43도의 도수 아래 히더 꿀과 부드러운 피트, 오렌지와 귤, 바닷물의 짭조름함이 겹겹이 피어오르고 장뇌와 오래된 책 같은 복합적인 향이 넓게 번진다. 입에서는 소금기 어린 오렌지와 허니듀, 소나무 수액, 마지팬에 허브 리큐어의 풍미가 겹친다. 오래도록 이어지는 여운에는 후추와 귤 마멀레이드가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
